MCA is understanding that as women, we are cyclical beings living on a 28-day (average) cycle in sync with the Moon.

Understanding the naturally occurring ebs and flows of emotions, physical states and energy levels over the course of a monthly cycle can help create a deeper understanding to "why" we do and feel what we do, when we do it.

To tune in and live in accordance with the menstrual cycle is the key to liberation and healing, self-acceptance and love.

Connecting with this precious fluid called: Blood, we plug into a higher source of consciousness of pure love-life, when we use it to draw, drink, as fertiliser, offering, bathing, facial mask, or just even touch it.

Find a way of charting your cycle that works for you.

We recommend getting a notebook for daily journaling and month-at-a-glance menstrual chart.

Alternatively, you can draw up your own chart. However you do it, make it a simple and enjoyable practice.

Normalising conversations about bleeding help women to learn about different feminine hygiene, ecological friendly, products available and how to use them.

Poor menstrual hygiene can bring physical health problems and has been linked to reproductive and urinary tract infections.

Creating awareness and openness is one of the most effective ways to help teach girls and women how to approach their menstrual cycle experience.

The menstrual cycle is the most important cycle for a woman to tune in, yet it is also a point misunderstanding.

Rather than celebrating a monthly fertile bleed, some tend to hide her, using products such as tampons and pads to soak up any evidence, contraceptive pills and implants to stop her from even appearing, causing many secondary health and emotional effects.

But, what if you knew that your cycle is a reflection of your overall health and wellbeing?

That if you start living in harmony with what is going on inside, you would understand and trust yourself better, therefore, improve the quality of your life, like never before?

By raising awareness among physicians and the public about how the menstrual cycle impact and trigger female-prevalent symptoms, we help reduce misdiagnosis and the over-medication in women.

Knowledge is key here, and the solution is very simple.

Asking women to track their symptoms over 2-3 menstrual cycles allows the physician and them to better differentiate between chronic symptoms and those that are potentially hormonal in origin.
